What is Account
Info?
NextRx’s My Account feature allows you
access to your personal account information once you
set up an account. You can edit your account details
(address, phone, credit card), view your order status,
and update your personal profile as needed.
What is Purchase History?
Each time you shop at NextRx, the items you buy
will be added to your purchase history for future
reference. This allows you to see what you have previously
purchased.
How do I add & delete
items to my Wish List?
Any item in the NextRx online catalog can be
added to your Wish List as you browse. Simply click
the "Save to" button as you come to items
you wish to save. To delete an item from the list,
click the delete button next to the item.
How do I buy items from my
Wish List?
Log into your account by clicking on the "Sign
IN" link located on the shopping cart on the
upper right hand of the screen. After you log in to
"My Account" click on the link Access My
Wish List.Click on Buy button for the items you desire
then click on "Checkout" button on upper
right hand and proceed though shopping cart.
How do I find Order Status
and Order History?
You must first log in to your account: click
here. A detailed list of your NextRx orders,
beginning with your most recent, can be displayed
by clicking on View Order Status and History. Find
the order your interested in and under the details
heading click on "View" for order details
and on "Tracking" if there is a tracking
number associated with this order.

Payment
What are my payment options?
NextRx accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express. We now also accept checks or Money
Orders. Please note that orders paid for by check
will not be processed until payment is received.
Checks:
1.
Your order will not be shipped until payment has been
received. Please mail your check with your Order or
Order number to:

2. We only accept checks from NextRx members.
If you are not a member and we receive your check
you will be notified and given the opportunity to
pay by credit card.
3. To select the online check option when you get
to a page entitled "Order Summary" please
select from the drop down menu box "Check".
You can then continue and submit your order. Please
mail your check to the address indicated in the Order
confirmation page.
When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged when your order is placed
and you should be notified automatically if there
is a problem when you submit the credit card for payment
. However if it should be declined afterwards, we
will either call or email you to inform you of the
problem. You can, at that time, either provide another
credit card or submit a new order by following the
ordering procedure.

What are NextRx's shipping
options?
Currently NextRx ships only by standard
shipping which will be either UPS Ground delivery
or US Priority Mail depending on the package weight.

Where does
NextRx ship to:
NextRx ships to all 50 states.
Restrictions:
1. NextRx currently does not ship
to PO Box’s if your order exceeds two (2) lbs.
You will be notified and given the option to cancel
the order, provide a street address or reduce your
order size.
2. NextRxOTC.com cannot ship to U.S. territories
or U.S. military bases located overseas including
Guam and Puerto Rico.
3. We do not ship any products to foreign countries.
Hazardous goods restrictions:
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has banned
certain categories of products from being shipped
by air. We currently do not offer on our website any
products which fall into this category.

Packaging
To insure your privacy is protected, all orders from
NextRx are shipped in discreet packaging, with a label
displaying your name and address along with our company’s
initials (NR or NROTC) and our mailing address.
Back orders
We have decided not to offer on our website any product
which is currently not in stock. If an item sells
out it will temporarily not be displayed on the website
until that items inventory has been replenished.
