Can I return
items for a refund?
We have a 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee. The NextRx Over the Counter department
guarantee is simple: If within 60 days you are not
completely satisfied with any item you purchased,
please return it and we will refund your full purchase
price (including sales tax and shipping) during the
first 60 days from purchase. After 60 days and up
to 60 days, only store credit can be issued. Only
one opened package per product is eligible for return
and credit. For example if you order three
(3) of the same item number and all three were opened
,only one can be returned.
The 60 day return policy is valid
only for Members with a WellPoint® Health Network
benefit. Non-members receive a 45 day returns policy.
Some items are not covered for the 60 day returns
policy, these are clearly marked on the website and
sales receipt.
Orders paid for by check:
It takes approximately 6-8 weeks for refunds to be
issued as we must wait for the check to clear. Only
store credit will be issued on orders paid for with
a check or money order if the refunded amount is under
$50.00.
Conditions:
Customer Care must be contacted regarding returns
within 60 days of purchase. Credit will be issued
within 30 days after we receive the product(s) back
from you.

6. Reason for your return - shipping damage, incorrect

7. Whether you would like a replacement product or
a refund
Please be aware that if you qualified for free shipping,
returning a product(s) may change that status and
may require that you pay a shipping fee on the balance.
Step
2: A Customer Care Associate will
promptly respond with a return confirmation message
and shipment instructions for returning the item(s).
Please be aware that emails may be blocked by your
Internet Service Provider (ISP) or be sent to your
"junk mail" folder due to spam filters and
controls. Returns will not be accepted without a copy
of the original statement and the returned item(s)
circled. Please place the item in the original shipping
box or packaging that protects the product and send
