1. The items returned have been :
a) Bought within the past 60 days
b) Only one opened package per product is eligible for return
and credit
2. You will be contacted by a Customer
Service Representative within 3 business days with further information
on processing your return
This is only for Over the Counter products
not prescriptions, you must contact the prescription
department for those inquiries at 1-800-897-9116. Please note
no credit will be issued until we receive the merchandise, if
a large dollar amount please send it via UPS, Fedex or through
a carrier that allows tracking and insurance. We are not responsible
for orders lost by the carrier. Full credit will be issued only
on orders that comply with the above requirements. If you paid
by check only store credit is issued for check orders under $50.
For orders over $50 please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Returns
will not be accepted without a copy of the original statement
and the returned item(s) circled. Please place the item in the
original shipping box or packaging that protects the product and
send to:
