ANSWER: Your Internet Explorer security settings may be set too high, which block some of the necessary web process' so that items can be added to your shopping cart. 1. To see your setting level: in your Internet Explorer browser, go to "Tools", then to "Internet options". 2. Then click on the "Security" tab. You will now see the security level settings. 3. If it is on "High" click on the "default level" button. Now click "apply" then click "ok".
